Terms and Conditions -

Mares to Stud

All mares must be presented to stud with a clean CEM certificate. Mares will be kept at the following livery rates:

Livery during covering period
£100/wk
Full Livery
Stabled and out during the day
£85/wk
Grass Livery
Out at grass and checked at least once a day
£35/wk

Liability
Mares at stud are at the owners risk.

Insurance
Insurance is at the owner's discretion.

Worming
All horses will be wormed on arrival.

Other fees
Vets bills will be sent direct.
Farriers bills will be added onto the livery fee.
All mares will be required to stay until scanned at 19days(minimum) from last service.

Payment
All accounts will be due upon collection of horses.

NFFR (No Foal Free Return)
Mares that are proven to be not in foal by 1st October may return the following year for a free nomination. Normal livery fees will be required. Mare owners must provide a certificate of proof of 'not in foal' by the end of October to receive Free Return.

 

 

Regular Liveries

Full Livery
Stabled, fed and exercised 5 days a week
£85/wk
Grass Livery
Out at grass and checked at least once a day
£35/wk
Over wintering polo ponies
Inlcuding barned at night with adlib hay and out during the day
£5/day

Liability
Mares at stud are at the owners risk.

Insurance
Insurance is at the owner's discretion.

Worming
All horses will be wormed on arrival.
Worming is carried out every 6-8wks and is added to the end of month invoice.

Other fees
Vets bills will be sent direct.
Farriers bills will be added onto the livery fee.

Payment
Invoicing is carried out at the beginning of the month for the previous month and payment is required within 14days otherwise a fee is charged.

Notification
For short term liveries (period less than 3mths) we require a minimum of 7days notice prior to removal

For Long term liveries (more than 3 months) we require a minimum of one months notice prior to removal.



Note
- In the event of the requirement of veterinary attention we always make a considerable effort to contact the owner. However, if we fail to make contact we reserve the right to call the vet at our own discretion.
