OTLEY COLLEGE IS SET IN THE HEART OF THE ROLLING SUFFOLK COUNTRYSIDE, YET IS LOCATED SEVEN MILES NORTH OF THE VIBRANT COUNTY TOWN OF IPSWICH.

The Equine Department has an enthusiastic team of six staff who have extensive knowledge of the equine industry and hope to make Otley College the place to take equine studies in East Anglia.

The college offers two full-time college-based courses at its main campus. Running Monday to Friday for 35 weeks, you can enrol for the National Certificate (including BHS 1&2) or the Advanced National Certificate (including BHS 3 & PTT). Facilities include access to indoor and outdoor schools, cross-country and show jumping courses, stable management equipment and a wide range of horses and ponies for all abilities. The college aims to provide students with quality training in order to give them the best start to their careers.

Full-time 16-18 year old students could have access to free coach transport and driving lessons. This offer is subject to terms and conditions.

The college also runs an equine satellite programme, in partnership with many yards in Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex, to deliver British Horse Society and National Vocational Qualifications. This means that, for some people, college training can be found closer to home.
