Seeing double?

Kate Negus Saddlery are thrilled to introduce the latest addition to their range- Double Ds or, to quote their full title, David Doel Double Ds!

“David came to us with an issue he was having, that was, how to attach a breastplate or breast girth to a saddle that didn’t have D rings,” says Julia Andrews from Kate Negus, “and I knew we could help. Using quality materials, we produced what we refer to as David Doel Double Ds, that just slip over the stirrup bars and you have D rings, simple as that.”

The Double Ds combine strong cord with English leather and brass fittings.

“They can also be really useful for people needing two D rings, perhaps using a breast girth and breastplate together, a breastplate and balance strap combination or a place to attach a saddlecloth and numnah on a single flap saddle,” says Julia.

Double Ds are supplied in pairs and retail at £10 each.
