Veredus are renowned for their innovative boot
collection, which is trusted by top professional
riders and serious amateurs alike.
The Veredus Carbon-Gel Boots have been designed
in conjunction with top show jumper Marcus Ehning
and combines his vast knowledge in the saddle
and utilising the brand’s technical experience
and contemporary materials.
The Veredus Carbon Gel Front Boot features a
carbon support inserted in the shell and a gel
pad to provide maximum protection at the flexor
tendon and fetlock area.
The shape of the upper and lower shell provides
greater freedom of movement at the knee and
fetlock, whilst its anatomical shape guarantees
maximum comfort. The shell consists of two distinct
parts with different density and rigidity.
The main shell is made from 54-Shore TPU, a
flexible and extremely strong polyurethane mixture
that provides excellent protection against abrasion
and continues to maintain its flexibility in
temperatures as extreme as -15 to +50 degrees.
The fetlock area is protected by a thin carbon
plate inserted inside, whilst at the back of
the tendon, there is extra protection to the
flexor tendon, with a special X made of 66-Shore
TPU. This is internally covered by a slim layer
of gel that offers exceptional protection against
knocks and provides protection for the suspensory
tendon, which is particularly susceptible to
being hit by the overreach of the rear shoes.
It has shock absorbing properties that reduce
direct trauma by 40%.
This attention to detail is continued with
soft adjustable straps that offer perfect closure
on all sizes of shin, helping eliminate the
problems associated with too tight a fit or
excessive pressure, with special elastomers
used within the straps that help maintain constant
tension over time. A clever Flextan tip on a
stainless steel clasp allows for speedy hooking
and un-hooking with just one hand and the closure
holes have a narrowing that guarantees a secure
hold and will not become deformed after thousands
of applications.

The Veredus Carbon Gel Rear Boot takes the traditional
fetlock boot and jumps into the 21st century
arena with its perfectly anatomical ‘knuckle’
shape that guarantees the maximum comfort and
perfect positioning on the horses limb, helping
protect the vulnerable fetlock area from injury
and bruising with its extra carbon and gel layering
helping absorb shock. This boot too features
the same highly technical straps and closure
holes.
