Shawna Karrasch spent ten years learning her craft as an animal trainer in the Pools at Sea world California. She trained & performed with killer whales, dolphins, and other marine mammals, and directed the animals daily training programmes. She became fascinated with the idea of using Reinforced Reward training with Horses. Along her husband Vinton Karrasch, she has adapted the principles of Reinforced reward training principles that work so well with Marine Mammals & applied these to working with Horses.
