The Bale Buster Hay Steamer
is a larger adaptation of the Happy Horse Traveller
bag system (which allows hay to be simply and
conveniently steamed while your horse is away
from home). The Bale Buster introduces steam
into whole small square bales of hay through
multiple steam lance injectors at approximately
100 degrees centigrade, indicated by the built
in temperature gauge. Featuring a quick release
steam generator coupling and fitted with wheels
to allow the hay to be quickly and easily distributed
once prepared, the Bale Buster has the option
of being able to run from a central continuous
steam generator with permanent water supply,
making it the ideal solution for large yards
and busy riding schools.

The Professional Hay Steamer
features a large capacity hay steam chamber
and can steam up to the equivalent of one whole
small bale of hay at a time. The Professional
system combines the top class performance you
would expect from a steamer from the Happy Horse
range, with outstanding flexibility. With the
Professional, you have the option to steam up
to one whole small square bale at a time, to
steam several large hay nets in one go, or even
steam loose hay taken from a large round bale
– whatever is convenient for you and your
yard. The Professional Hay Steamer uses a patent
registered steaming system, unique to Happy
Horse Products, which circulates and re-heats
the steam in the chamber to ensure complete
and even steaming throughout the whole bale
of hay. This system is extremely efficient,
reducing steaming time and ensuring that the
high temperature required to effectively remove
harmful dust, moulds and spores from the hay
is maintained.

The all new Stable Mate Steamer
from Happy Horse Products can steam up to half
a bale of loose hay at a time, or the equivalent
in hay nets, and is the perfect option for people
with one or two horses, or the small yard owner.
The newly upgraded Stable Mate is designed to
make it really easy and convenient to use. Featuring
wheels and a handle for mobility, the Stable
Mate can be easily manoeuvred around the stable
yard, from hay barn to stable and back as required.

The Traveller Steamer is ideal
for people who travel away over night with their
horses as it can be operated from a truck generator
or hook up. The Traveller is also perfect where
power is unavailable on the stable yard as your
haynet can be steamed at home and easily transported
to the yard.
