Frisco Shower fresh – the smart way to wash
and cool
Smart Grooming has introduced the Friscostar
shower wash and coolant to its range of innovative
grooming products. This great time saving tool
with no wastage, or spilled shampoo, makes it
a must have in the wash kit.
Simply designed, the shower head has no valve,
but works using a capilliary action allowing
the flow of water to take a consistent amount
of shampoo or coolant into the spray stream,
giving maximum coverage and eliminating waste.
Simple to use, just twist the filled ball onto
the back of the shower head, turn on the water
and wash away.
The water and shampoo are mixed together and
evenly cover the horse with mixed soapy water.
Once the ball is empty, clean water will run
through for rinsing off, or remove ball when
sufficient shampoo has been used, and shower
off with clear water. One ball of shampoo (100ml)
will cover 2 ponies/1 horse
Using the same applicator, but with the Frisco
Fresh coolant ball, coolant fluid can be showered
evenly over body and legs after exercise or
just as a general refresher in hot weather.
The coolant - Frisco Fresh, a multi purpose
product for cleansing, therapeutic and as a
preventative measure can also be applied through
the shower wash, thus ensuring that it penetrates
right under the coat allowing the coolant to
utilise its cooling effect to the full. The
coolant keeps the affected area cool for up
to one hour, which is significantly longer than
just using cold water. The Frisco Fresh coolant
needs only a few seconds to be applied rather
than standing for a longer period of time whilst
cold hosing.
The shower wash and ball can also be used with
any proprietary shampoo.
The starter kit comes with one re-fillable
wash ball of Frisco shampoo and two re-fillable
balls of Frisco Fresh.
For use with any hose that is fitted with a
“hoselock” type fitting.
