Overstamping
In support of the poicy that all horses should only have one passport
and the law which came into effect on the 1st January 1998 making
it an offence for any horse born after that date to be in the
possession of more than one passport, the Society has obtained
the necessary permissions to overstamp existing passports issued
by other Societies and registration Authorities who are recognised
by DEFRA, subject to them including a markings chart completed
by a Veterinary Surgeon.
