Worm egg counts

allow you to simply take a sample from your horse,
send it away to be analysed by an independent specialist
laboratory and the results will be returned to you,
along with a recommendation of whether worming is
necessary at that time.*. WECs are an important weapon
in the fight against worm resistance and Merial makes
it simple to test your horse, thereby only worming
when necessary.
If you have already participated in EQVALAN’s
WEC programme, your planner will already contain these
details; you can then add to this existing information
for a complete picture of your horse’s worming
regime.
