On ths CD, the rider will be asked to focus on all the various components that contributed to the experience of riding well. Then they are taught to uild and relive these sensations, feelings and emotions first of all sitting comfortably in a chair and then, as they become proficient in controlling their own state-of-mind, they are taught how to bring this into their riding on a daily basis
