Series 1.

Every rider experiences good and bad days when riding. What was the difference between their state of mind and the state of their physical body on those two occasions? Because there will have been a difference.

Series 1 focuses on those good days, and if someone s convinved they have never experienced a good day then they are encourages to use thier imagination which is just as powerful. On ths CD, the rider will be asked to focus on all the various components that contributed to the experience of riding well. Then they are taught to uild and relive these sensations, feelings and emotions first of all sitting comfortably in a chair and then, as they become proficient in controlling their own state-of-mind, they are taught how to bring this into their riding on a daily basis

CD1 focuses on the dressage rider, what is it that hinders their performance at competitions? For some people it is nerves or physical tension in their body, for others it can be feeling of pressure to perform well, pressure to remember the test, worry if the horse will behave or perhaps holding their breath whilst riding.

By learning how to replace a negative association with a positive one, the rider will be able to improve their performance by changing their state of mind, so their mind works for then rather than against them.

CD2 docuses on the differenet test levels - Novice to Medium

Here the rider is asked to create, in their minds eye, their perfect arena. Because it is here they will perfect their riding to overcome the mental blocks every rider experiences throughout their riding career.

These powerdul visualisation processes are essential for anyone who desires to improve.

With each track building on the previous one, and each 25minutes in length, even the busiest of people should find these tools and techniques easy and practical to fit into their daily schedule and use.
